Jill Hawkinson - Director of Children's ministry

I grew up in Platteville, WI with the earliest memories of wanting to teach children!  I went to the University of Platteville, graduated with a degree in Elementary Education in 1984 and married my husband, Tim, two weeks later.  I taught in California and Upper Michigan before having our three beautiful daughters:  Shawna, Krista, and Laura.  In 1997, God called me to be on staff at LBCC, using my passions and talents for His Kingdom's purpose.  My heart is to equip parents and ministry volunteers to lead children to God's throne where the children come to their own faith of knowing and experiencing Jesus Christ and then making Him known to the world around them.  Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."  Matthew 19:14

Kate Tappa - Administrative Assistant

I was raised most of my life in Oconto, Wisconsin - just 30 miles north of Green Bay.  I grew up in a Christian home with three brothers and one sister.  I accepted the Lord as a pre-teen while attending Hickory Church of Christ in Hickory Corners, Wisconsin.  I met my wonderful husband, and your pastor, Mike, while attending Oconto High School.  After graduating from high school I attended NWTC for one year for Accounting.  Mike and I were married in September of 1976.  God has blessed us with four awesome kids:  Mallory, who was born during our short time in Idaho and in 2006 married her wonderful husband, Andy, who is a great addition to our family; our son, Kyle; and our "adopted" daughter, Tracy.  I have been working part-time in the office at Life Bridge since 1995.  I count it a privilege and a blessing.

Kim Wilke - Director of Missions and Outreach

I was born and raised in Ashwaubenon and grew up in a Christian home.  I gave my life to Christ at sixteen but did not start walking in His Glorious Light until many years later.  God has each of us on an incredible journey with Him, if we choose.  I married my husband Mark in 1987 and had our first child in 1991.  Our second child was born in 1997.  Jordan and Isaac are the blessings that God promises in His Word.  I was baptized at First Christian Church in 1995 and have been learning and growing in the Lord ever since.  I am living proof that God can make something beautiful from the ashes of a life.  The greatest joy in the whole world is to witness God's Spirit working in a person's life and THEN for them to make peace with the awesome Creator of the Universe.  Life verse Isaiah 61:1-3
